What happens if I have a problem with a purchase?

Caffoot does not pre-screen store owners and therefore does not guarantee or endorse any items sold on Caffoot or any content posted by sellers (such as photographs or language used in listings or shop policies)

Each store owner on Caffoot has its own processing times, shipping methods, and shop policies.

You have the facility to contact store owners directly from your orders page if any issues arise.

Which payment methods are accepted?

The only payment method accepted is Stripe. This allows you to pay for items by either a debit or credit card.

How long will delivery take?

Caffoot is a marketplace and as such, each seller may have a different delivery policy and schedules. All sellers will inform you of your delivery time.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you have purchased on Caffoot, your order will be processed by the seller of that Item and processed accordingly.

Caffoot does not sell any items or products (With the exception of the vendor subscriptions)

How can I return an item?

You will need to review the sellers policy on returns and follow the procedure outlined in their returns policy.

 

Can I view my Orders?

You are able to view all your orders made from sellers on Caffoot, by login into the site, you will also get order conformations e-mailed to the address entered into the site when purchasing.
