HOW TO PERSONALISE

The front of this greeting card can be personalised with recipient’s name, relationship, age, celebration or your own personal message. Please confirm details to personalise your card in PERSONALISATION REQUIREMENTS.  All cards are custom made to your specifications; please double check spelling is correct as your card will be printed exactly as confirmed. We cannot be held responsible for your mistakes. If you do not request changes your card will be dispatched without personalisation.  The inside of this card is blank for you to handwrite your own personal message. 

PRODUCT DETAILS

All greeting cards are professionally designed and printed on white 300gsm cardstock with a smooth matt finish.  Due to screen resolution differences the colour onscreen maybe slightly different to the finished product.  Each card measures 148mm x 148mm and comes cello wrapped with a white envelope.

DELIVERY

Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday are dispatched same day first class via Royal Mail. Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched first class next day and weekend orders are dispatched first class on Monday. Please allow adequate time for delivery. Weekend and bank holiday orders can incur a delay.

RETURNS

Personalised items are non-refundable. I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the error is made by me.
